About I Need a Coffee Tech
We're the Australian directory of coffee machine technicians — built by Coffee Parts to help café owners and home enthusiasts find the right person to fix, install or service their machine.
Why we built this
At Coffee Parts we sell parts to thousands of customers across Australia. Every week, customers ask us to recommend a local technician. With more than 200 technicians already in our network, we wanted a better way to connect the two — fast, neutral, and free for the customer.
How matching works
We rank technicians by who covers your postcode first, then by who specialises in your machine or grinder brand. There is no paid placement that overrides postcode coverage — we want you to find someone who can actually get to you.
What we do — and don't — charge for
The directory is free for customers, always. We don't take a cut of any job booked through us. Technicians get a free profile to start with; in future they'll be able to upgrade to wider coverage. Technicians who actively buy parts from Coffee Parts will earn credits that offset listing fees.
